We do slightly vary from a traditional full collision shop. We do not currently offer welding, frame straightening, or multiple panel replacements. However, depending on the damage, an auto body shop might not be necessary. Repairs performed at our shop consist of vehicles that only need minor body repair, salvaging your vehicles factory parts when possible. We can often provide repairs that body shops cannot, in return saving you money and time on the repair. If the repair is too extensive, we network with numerous collision shops and will gladly give you a referral.
FAQs
Upon evaluating your vehicle’s damage, our technician will provide you with a time estimate. Depending on the type and severity of damage, repairs can take from a few minutes to a couple of days. We do our best to accommodate your schedule with fast turn around time. We do offer a cozy customer lounge and hospitality area at our shop for those who would like to wait , or you can arrange to leave your vehicle with us and return to pick it up at a later time or date.

We use a hot steam extractor for the interior cloth and upholstery. Hot steam is used to loosen dirt, debris, and bacteria from your interior’s surface. The extractor then vacuums the water out of your carpet immediately, lifting the debris along with it. We also use a number of stain lifting sprays, soaps, scrub brushes, and towels if needed. This method allows for faster drying time, eliminates water damage and doesn’t leave behind any residues.
The majority of our repairs are not suitable for mobile servicing due to limited staffing, weather, and electrical requirements. However for large jobs such as boat and furniture repairs we can coordinate mobile service. (mobile service may result in delayed scheduling and a minimal service fee)
We can provide you with a basic “starts at” pricing for detailing but will need to assess your vehicle in person for a more definitive price. Every individual uses and treats their vehicle differently so there may be additional time involved in detailing some vehicles more. This could literally mean hours more must be spent in some vehicles than others.
Excessive dirt, food products, staining, and dog hair can greatly increase the amount of time that is spent detailing your vehicle. Our technicians will evaluate your vehicle upon arrival and inform you of any foreseen upcharges. Unfortunately, in these cases there are no magical wands. Removal of excess debris requires many man-hours of intense cleaning by hand.
For many of our repairs, we can work on your vehicle while you wait in our waiting room. For those repairs that are a little lengthier, alternate transportation would be required. Because we are a small company, we do not currently have the means to provide rides or rental cars. Vehicles can be arranged to drop off and/or pick up after hours if that helps with arranging a ride from a friend or family member. Uber is also another inexpensive and convenient means of transportation.
Many interior blemishes can be repaired without the need for reupholstery. However, if your interior is beyond repair we will offer you a list of local reupholstery recommendations.
